Stowaway Caught At First Day of School
The first bell had already rung at John Adams Middle School, when a stowaway was discovered in little Suzie MacMillan’s backpack. Her dog Buttons had reportedly snuck into the front pocket, completely unbeknownst to her (she swears it!), and made his way to school.
When pressed, Suzie admitted that she may have “felt some wiggling” at the bus stop, but she didn’t check her book bag until she got into Mrs. Winkleberry’s 6th grade home room.
After he was discovered, the dog’s parents were called and Suzie was sent back to class.

Bunny Pooped After Football Practice
An area bunny named Terry is reportedly plum tuckered out after a grueling football practice this afternoon.
“He just made varsity this season,” said best friend Amos O’Rourke of the bunny, who is entering his junior year at Lyndon B. Johnson Senior High School in Houston, TX. "They’ve been doing Two-A-Days this week and Terry isn’t used to that kind of work out.“
O’Rourke is referring to the practice of so-called "double sessions,” in which a team will run drills or training exercises in the morning and again in the afternoon.
“He’ll be fine,” continued O’Rourke. "Terry is a tough little bunny. He’s just a bit exhausted after day one. Once he gets his legs back under him, he’ll show them what he’s made of.“

Cat’s Vanity Is Out of Control, Says Expert
It’s normal for cats to have a certain level of vanity, says feline psychology expert, Dr. Yunus Agraba of the University of Southern California, but too much self-love can be damaging. That’s why Dr. Agraba is worried about Mitzy, a.k.a. Test Subject #2412-F, a cat taking part in a three year study being conducted at USC that is attempting to quantify the average feline ego.
“Cats of Mitzy’s age are expected to exhibit a certain amount of narcissism,” explained Dr. Agraba, “but Mitzy’s vanity is off the charts. She literally stares at her reflection in the mirror for up to four hours each day. That is, when she’s not running away from him it. Cats are weird.”
