Hamster to Tickle Ivories at President Obama’s Election Night Party

The Democratic National Committee and the Obama-Biden Campaign have announced that a little-known Hamster named Brad will provide the main entertainment at the campaign’s election night party in November.  

“Brad is a registered Republican who voted for the President in 2008 and plans to do so again,” said the campaign’s assistant communications coordinator, Tanya Riley.  "He’s also a very talented pianist and will surely have the crowd on its feet with his signature ragtime stylings.“

‘Cuddlefest 2012’ Goes Off Without a Hitch

The annual gathering of professional cuddlers was held today in Cedar Rapids, IA and according to reports, Cuddlefest 2012 was a smashing success.  At least 3,500 professional cuddlers descended on the Midwestern city for the full-day conference.  

Highlights included cuddling, cuddling workshops, cuddling seminars and a keynote address by 2003 World Cuddle Champion, Sneezy the Bear.

Next year’s conference will be held in San Antonio, TX.

REPORT: Puppy Discovers Nose Is Delicious

Though details are scarce at this time, a report out of Murfreesboro, TN, indicates that a local puppy has just discovered how good his nose tastes.  Sources close to the situation are telling CNN that the pup only recently realized his tongue could actually reach the top of his nose.

Area Cat Riveted by ‘Boardwalk Empire’

Whiskers, a cat from Wilmington, DE, has been catching up on episodes of Boardwalk Empire on HBO Go, the on-demand service from HBO, all morning.  

“She can’t get enough of the show,” said the cat’s roommate, Anisette Cooper.  According to Cooper, Whiskers has always been fascinated by both Atlantic City and the 1920s.  "So this was naturally a perfect fit for her.“

Cooper tells The Fluffington Post that Whiskers should be fully caught-up in time for Sunday’s new episode.
