Cat’s Knitting Is “Getting Better”
Ruffles the cat loves to knit, and reportedly, he is getting better at it. Friend say that Ruffles’ knitting skills have markedly improved since joining online knitting community Ravelry.com.
“He usually knits a good 3 hours per day, in between naps,” said roommate Diego Aceves. “He’s getting better, I guess… but I just know he’s going to give everyone ‘scarves’ for Christmas. Again.”

Hong Kong socialite Mindy Wu is no slouch when it comes to her shoe collection. With a closet valued at nearly $750,000, it requires round-the-clock protection.
“We’ve contracted a cat named Horlick to keep an eye on things in there,” says Wu’s estate manager Tom Luo. “He’s got a lot of experience in private security, so we’re pretty confident about the hire.”

Cat Hires Sub-Contractors to Finish Big Job
After a week of slow progress on a shelf-hanging gig, local handycat Larry has hired two subcontractors to lock up the job so he can move on to other clients.
“He’s really nit-picky though,” says Adam Stone, one of the hired hands. “He basically second-guesses everything I’m doing. It would probably be faster if he just did it himself.”

Ike, a pup from Oakland, CA, has scored the exclusive modeling contract for Justin Bieber’s new line of designer overalls, fashioned after the ones he wore himself when meeting Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
“They’re called Bieberalls, and it’s farming chic,” says Bieber’s apparel publicist Stacy Rosco. “Ike was really perfect for showing off this kind of cutting edge fashion. Look for him on billboards and magazines everywhere this spring.”
