The master bedroom underwear drawer on the third floor has finally found a tenant. Kitty industrialist Buttons Quagmire, III has rented the penthouse suite for an undisclosed sum.
The drawer had been on the market for $15,000 per month, which would have been a household record by a wide margin, so it is expected that the transaction may have set a new rental mark for the area.
“It’s a fabulous apartment with amazing views,” said real estate agent Adele Peters, who represents a number of unrented spaces in the dining room credenza. “Having the crown jewel of the house occupied should really help heat up the rest of the market.”

Merely three days into 2014, a cat named Pepper has already given up on his New Year’s resolutions, opting instead to sleep for five hours straight on Friday.
“He was planning to eat better, exercise more, and even work on his blog,” says Frank Upton, a resident of Melbourne, Australia and neighbor to Pepper. “Not sure why he lost his motivation so early. I guess he was just tired.”
