Bunny Cheerleaders Nearly Perfect Pyramid
A group of rabbit cheerleaders from Florida State University are on the verge of perfecting the classic “pyramid” move, according to their coach, Taryn Ventille.
The bunnies have forgone their summer vacation to stay on campus and work on their moves, said Ventille. They’re preparing for the Collegiate Bunny Cheerleading Championship, which will take place at Walt Disney World in September.
“They’ve really gelled as a team,” said Ventille. “It’s really been a privilege to watch them come together and figure our their routine.”
Though it’s still a long shot that they’ll win the competition – the high flying team from the University of Tennessee is a massive favorite, according to ESPN – the FSU squad won’t embarrass themselves.
“Bunny cheerleading was only added as a sport [at FSU] three years ago,” explained Ventille. “So for them to come this far, so fast, is a real achievement.”

Rabbit Cereal Thief Caught
by Scott Friedstein, FluffPo Correspondent
According to authorities, Scuttles the rabbit has finally been apprehended. The bunny is wanted in connection with a string of cereal thefts in Miami-Dade County over the past seven weeks.
“We found him going to town on a display of Shredded Wheat at the Publix on Biscayne,” says Sergeant Frank LeDoux of the Miami Police Department. “If it weren’t for the work of a few good samaritans, he’d likely still be at large.”
Scuttles is said to randomly choose his targets, and usually operates during the daytime. Witnesses tell The Fluffington Post that the bunny loves all cereals, but mostly those that stay crunchy in milk.
“We’re just glad he’s off the streets,” says LeDoux. “And yes, I understand the humor in a rabbit having an affinity for cereal. I’ve seen the commercials. The difference here is this rabbit wasn’t silly – he was simply dangerous.”
LeDoux could not comment further because he was called to assist with another reported theft involving an inept cookie-stealing dog.
