USDA Says Kittens Are Part of a Balanced Breakfast

According to new dietary guidelines released by the USDA, a bowl of kitten is only part of a healthy breakfast that should also include whole wheat toast, fruit and at least 8 ounces of fresh squeezed fruit juice. The guidelines will officially go into effect in March – which is when they’ll inform things like public school breakfast programs – but we recommend following them immediately.

Belligerent Prairie Dog Tells Kids to Get Off His Lawn

A prairie dog in the affluent village of Comrie, Scotland is reportedly very protective of his property. He is often seen chasing kids off his front yard.  Said one neighbor, “He’s kind of a jerk, and really weird about his lawn. Oh, and he does all his weeding in the middle of the night, which is just strange.”

Area Cat Demands to be Carried Around

This type of behavior is not uncommon among the privileged feline set, according to Prof. Maryellen Walker, a cat sociologist at Penn State University.  "In general, cats have little to no regard for others.  Their concern is mainly their own comfort,“ she said.
