Puppy Park Ranger Guides Wayward Hikers Home
When two Australian men were reported missing from a campsite at a Moroccan national park, authorities called in a puppy to the rescue.
Scout, a licensed ranger with the Moroccan Parks Service, hit the trail and traced the missing travelers to a rocky canyon. He led them through the winding trails to safety, declining payments of beef jerky at every turn.
The missing men were reuinited with their wives back at camp, where they explained they were “totally not lost,” and merely “sightseeing” when Scout insisted they return.

Canine Casual Gaming on the Rise
Mobile and social gaming has exploded in recent years, but dogs have traditionally been behind the curve.
“Pups are not early adopters,” says Rich Calloway, editor at gaming blog Kotaku. “But when they finally come around, they are a demographic force to be reckoned with – and game developers have taken notice.”
Dog-friendly mobile games like Gnaw Something and Turds With Friends have proven their worth in app stores, the latter reaching 50 million downloads last week. While many of these games are free to play, developers like Zynga hope to cash in on their popularity with in-app ads for bacon products.
