Dog and cat relationships never last. Or that seems to be the message in this latest YouTube cover sensation, a dog and cat performing a faithful recreation of the music video for Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know.”

Pomeranians Stand With Cats Over Bath Flap
In an unprecedented show of inter-species camaraderie, the Pomeranian community has officially announced that it will stand with the cats of the Occupy the Bathroom Sink movement.
Yesterday, we brought you a story about a burgeoning social movement underway in the bathroom. The group, which is attempting to shift public perception about cat baths, received a huge boost today with the announcement of Pomeranian support.
“Overall, the Pomeranian community is perfectly fine with baths. Baths are not the enemy,” said Pom Party spokesperson DeMarcus Allen. "But they’re choosing to cross the aisle and stand with cats on this issue because they feel that there is a potential slippery slope. First it’s okay to bathe your cat in the tub. Then what? Pave over our favorite parks? Outlaw bacon? The Poms won’t stand for that.“

Retriever Wows Collectors at Pine Cone Convention
The International Pine Cone Collectors Association (IPCCA) held its annual convention in St. Louis, MO this week, and attendees enjoyed a rare treat.
“A golden retriever brought in the largest collection of jumbo cones I’d ever seen,” says Margie Wolcott, who has attended the convention every year since 1985. “The color, the texture – I’ve never seen anything like it.”
