Kitten Assumes Control of Hallway Construction Project

After months of setbacks and delays, the household council has appointed a new foreman to take over the hallway relocation project.  Zamba, a kitten, plans to implement a number of time saving and cost cutting measures that should get the project back on track and completed on time for the new school year in late August.

The ambitious undertaking, which will relocate the existing hallway between the living room and dining room to the other side of the kitchen for better traffic circulation near the downstairs half bathroom, has been fraught with delays since ground was broken late last year. 

“We’re happy to put the past six months behind us,” said household council member Trip Galloway. “We have 100% confidence in Zamba and his ability to get this project back on track.”

Kitten Swears Her Feet Are Shrinking

“She swears she’s always been a size eight,” said Tom Morgan of his best friend, Annabelle the kitten, who on Thursday morning discovered that she no longer fit in her favorite pair of shoes.  "I’m not totally buying it, though.  I’ve known Annabelle her whole life, and I’m pretty sure her feet were never that big.“

According to Morgan, Annabelle realized something was amiss when her entire body fit inside her shoe rather than just her right foot. "That was her first tip,” he said.  

Annabelle has since ordered a new pair of shoes from Zappos.
