REPORT: Dog Shouldn’t Do That

A report was recently issued by the Institute For Common Sense, suggesting that Beano the dog really shouldn’t be staring at the sun like that.

“He’s going to go blind, doesn’t he know that?” says ICS spokesman Chuck Pannebaker.

According to the ICS, the incident was just the latest in a series of offenses committed by the pup.

“He was making a funny face last week,” says Pannebaker. “We advised him that it would probably stay that way if he didn’t stop. I tell you, that dog is incorrigible.”

Golden Retriever Picks New Best Friend

After months of paw-wringing, a golden retriever puppy named Riot has formally announced his new choice for BFF (Best Friend Forever).

A statement released from Riot’s office Saturday afternoon read: “His name is Pig, and he’s the greatest. Going forward, Riot and Pig will be inseparable. Activities will include sniffing things, digging in the mud and kayaking.”

Even since the announcement a short time ago, the pair has been photographed together on a number of outings.

Landlord Restores Heat After Kitty’s Complaint

After three days in a chilly apartment, a cat named Scout filed a formal grievance with his landlord, threatening to withhold January’s rent if the heat was not turned back on.

“He was clinging to the radiator, trying to squeeze every last bit of warmth out of that thing,” says Josh Teller, Scout’s roommate. “Eventually, he just had enough and had to go crack some skulls.”

The threat worked, and the landlord hired a plumber to look into the issue. Sources tell The Fluffington Post that heat was restored in about 20 minutes.
