Puppy Turns Back on Facebook
Facebook addiction is a growing problem among adorable puppies, which is why one dog is being proactive. Bailey, a super cute, 5-month-old Maltese, had already begun to feel that Facebook was taking up too much of his time.
So, starting next week, Bailey is pledging to sever ties with the service for at least a year. He’ll deactivate his account and stop surfing to Facebook pages until he’s at least 17 months old.
“He felt like he was always on there, you know?” said Lawrence Fishel, a source close to the situation. “It got to the point where we’d be playing fetch, I’d throw the stick and he wouldn’t even budge, he’d just have his nose buried in his iPhone. Checking Facebook. Posting status updates. ‘I’m about to go chase a stick.’ It was starting to affect the quality of his life.”

Area Cat Is Afraid of the Vacuum
According to multiple reports, a local kitten named Sheffie has hidden under a pile of blankets and is refusing to come out until the vacuum cleaner is turned off. Though not on the scene to confirm, close friend Virgil Alison told The Fluffington Post that the reports ring true.
“Yeah, she’s completely terrified of the vacuum,” said Alison by email. “She usually runs and hides whenever it’s on.”

Dog Spends Vacation by the Pool
What’s better than lounging by the pool, soaking up the rays and sipping on mai tais? Nothing, according to Clarence the dog, who recently returned from a week-long vacation to Cabo San Lucas.
“He just sat by the pool all week,” said friend and travel buddy, Saul Reed. “He was totally relaxed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him wag his tail that much.”
Alas, Clarence’s week is up and now it’s back to work.
