Kitty Farmer Expands Operation

A cat farmer named Sunny welcomed two additions to her farm this afternoon: laying hens Mabel and Lillian. The girls will provide Sunny with somewhere in the neighborhood of a dozen eggs per week.

“I think this is going to be a great addition to the farm,” said Josie Wilcox, who helps Sunny tend her crops. “We also added kale and chard to the beds this year, so things are really expanding.”

According to Wilcox, the eggs will just be for Sunny and the other farmhands, but if things go well they could grow the operation next year and start offering fresh eggs at their farmer’s market stand.

Cat’s Mortal Enemy Turns Out to Be Reflection

For months Grady the cat has been at odds with the other kitty in the house.

Every day on his way to work, Grady would pass the other cat in the living room. At first, they would nod their heads at each other. As their meetings piled up, Grady decided to try striking up a conversation. But the other cat never spoke back. Eventually, it just seemed like the other cat was mocking him – dressing like Grady and perfectly mimicking his every action.

So Grady began to have long staring contests with the other kitty, but the other would never yield.  

It wasn’t until yesterday that Grady finally learned the truth: he lives alone. The other cat is actually his reflection.

Now he’s mostly just embarrassed about wasting three months in a feud with himself.
