Hamster’s Tiny Sushi Awarded Three Michelin Stars
Chef Claude, a hamster who owns the French-Japanese fusion restaurant Monsieur Oishī in Miami, FL, has been awarded three stars from the prestigious Michelin Guide for his tiny sushi creations.
“It’s been crazy here since we found out,” said restauranteur Andrew Boule, Claud’s partner in their sushi bar. "We’re booked out through May and the phones have been ringing off the hook.“
With investors now lining up to put money into the popular pair, the two are considering opening a second location in Chicago in mid-2013.
