Gerbil Sets Sail to Prove Bath Tub Is Round

The intrepid Gerbil sailor Samson has an unpopular theory – that if you sail to the edge of the bath tub, you’ll come around on the other side.

“He’s obviously insane,” says Erik Ortner, a geographer who’s studied bath tub currents for seven years. “Everyone knows that there’s a giant wall at the edge of the tub.”

Despite naysayers, Samson is not deterred. He’s chartered three vessels, and plans to set sail ‘round the tub this August.

“Good luck with that,” says Ortner, shaking his head.
