STUDY: Average Bunny Can Recognize 300 Brand Names

A new study from the University of Pennsylvania’s Rabbit Consumer Lab finds that the average bunny is able to recognize 300 distinct brand names and logos.

“That’s far more than previously thought,” said an excited Dr. Sarah Wagner, founder of the RCL, at a press conference.  "Some were obvious – Green Giant, Bird’s Eye, Yes to Carrots, Warner Brothers – but others caught us more off guard.“

Researchers couldn’t explain why a majority of rabbits, for example, knew the logos for Porsche and Prada, luxury brands that very few bunnies can actually afford. The sheer number of brands rabbits seemed to know was surprising, too.  "Who knew buns were so good at brand message retention?” said Wagner.
