Some bunnies are just really bossy, and the bossiest bunny on Maple Street is Olly.  

“He just wants – neigh, demands – belly rubs all the time,” said Tony Holt, a source close to the situation. “Like, non-stop.”

According to Holt, Olly also levies a carrot tax upon every household on the street.  "It’s like we’re living in some weird bunny fiefdom.  I don’t remember the real estate agent mentioning this when we were house hunting last fall,“ he said.
