That’s all changing as more and more pups don the Bieber do, according to Us Weekly. And the fashion statement is spreading well beyond the U.S.

Delilah the Shih Tzu of Kuwait City (pictured above) has Bieber Bangs so low, they cover her eyes, preventing her from operating heavy machinery.

So worth it, though.
