Puppy Pals Launch Real Estate Venture in 2014

Area pups Harlow and Indi know a thing or two about business. Both have storied careers in financial analysis. But on New Year’s Day 2014, they resolved to quit the corporate rat race and take a leap into real estate.

“They’ve been talking about it for months,” says Molly Shanahan, a mutual friend of both dogs. “They sketched out some early plans for the business, but I never thought they were serious.”

They were. Better Biscuit Realty, LLC is open for business, and they’re all about affordable housing developments and retirement communities.

“Senior living is big business,” says Timothy Carter, who has worked in the local real estate market for more than 15 years. “These two pups know what they’re doing.”
