Pug Starts Training at the Y

A pug puppy named Biff has begun working out in the gym at his local YMCA. 

“He’s in there two or three times per week,” said Craig Hopkins, who runs a daily Crossfit class at the Y. “I haven’t been able to recruit him for my class yet, but he’s been doing a lot of strength training and cardio.”

The pup is reportedly trying to shed the last few holiday pounds before swimsuit weather returns in a few months. Though he’s reportedly not considering Hopkins’ Crossfit class, a source close to the situation tells The Fluffington Post that Biff is thinking about signing up for Thursday night Zumba.
