Table Scrap Torments Dog, Cat

According to reports, a piece of food is still sitting on the kitchen counter, just out of reach of Bart the dog and Max the cat. 

Sources on the ground tell The Fluffington Post that the tasty morsel has just been sitting there, as if to silently taunt the canine/feline duo.

“It was probably left around dinner last night, or breakfast this morning,” says witness Eric Ryman. “In any case, it must be killing those two that they can’t get to it.”

The delectable tidbit was originally thought to be pork, but is believed to be chicken-like in appearance.

“To be honest, it could be anything,” says Ryman. “It definitely looks like meat, though, and that’s enough for Bart and Max. I can only imagine what those two are going through.”

At press time, the lip-smacking scrap had seemingly moved over a few inches, but not enough for gravity to take over. 

The Fluffington Post will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Dog Really Wants To Be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle

As a young puppy, Ralph spent his Saturday mornings and watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

He still idolizes the group, and in fact, sources close to the beagle told The Fluffington Post that he dreams of someday being a member of a real life TMNT gang. The recent box office success of the new Ninja Turtles movie has only fueled his desire that much more.

“Oh, he was first in line at the movie opening weekend,” said friend Iggy Montenegra. “He loved it, of course, but he kept calling it ‘a great documentary,’ which I thought was a little odd.”

Though he is no longer a teenager – and is not a turtle, Ralph sees those as only minor impediments on his quest to become a justice-seeking mutant. He feels that his thirst for justice and righting the world’s wrongs would make him a great fit for fighting crime from the sewers.
