Local Pup Does Winning T-Rex Impression

In an intense game of charades that lingered into the wee hours of Saturday morning, Bella received a clue she knew she could take across the finish line.

“It was a really close game,” says Albert Stengman, Bella’s teammate and the player who guessed the winning answer. “Bella’s not the strongest clue giver, so we were all a little worried.”

But she knocked it out of the park, according to witnesses.

“All she had to do was raise those little arms,” says Jenna Cambridge, a player from the opposing team who also kept score during the match. “Everyone shouted, ‘Tyrannosaurus Rex!’”

Intrepid Dog Successfully Fords River

A dog heading west faced a difficult decision as he approached a river crossing. Should he push through on a shallow bank? Float across on a raft? Or simply wait for conditions to improve?

The canine explorer made the bold move to ford the river, and his gumption paid off. Not only did he make it safely to the other side, but held on to his entire kibble supply during the crossing.

Area Dog Finds 3D Movie Way Too Real

According to friends, a local dog who ended up seeing Titantic 3D instead of his first choice, IMAX documentary film To the Arctic, had “a bit of a freak out." 

"He just kept running in circles,” said one witness. “I think everything just got too real, you know?  That 3D technology is great, really realistic, but some people, uh… dogs…? Yeah, sometimes you just can’t take it.”

Dog Is Blissfully Unaware of Silly Hat

According to bystanders at the scene, an area dog is completely unaware that his bonnet / hat looks totally ridiculous.  "I saw him in the park just running around wearing that thing,“ said one source close to the situation.  "Either that is the most self-confident dog ever, or he really doesn’t know that his hat looks completely dopey.”
