Dog Swims His Way to a Killer Physique
Howel, a black lab pup from Nova Scotia, Canada, is in the best shape of his life.
“It’s simple, really,” explained friend and long-time training buddy Elmore Haneke. “Howel spends a good hour in the water each day, paddling his way to two miles. He also eats right, never skips breakfast and always gets a solid 8-hours of sleep.”
Haneke insists that his puppy friend isn’t taking anything out of the ordinary. "Just a little fish oil to keep his coat shiny,“ he said. It’s all about proper training and diet and being strict about never missing a workout session.
