REPORT: ‘Nap-Pooling’ Popular Among Cats

According to a recent report obtained by The Fluffington Post, cats have increasingly been engaging in an act known as “nap-pooling.” The practice of shared napping has grown wildly popular in recent months, with cats as far north as Canada opting to snuggle up together for a snooze.
“Cats have always been napping innovators,” says Ray Harmon, editor-in-chief of CatTrend magazine. “With nap-pooling, you get the benefits of napping without the added traffic. Plus, it cuts down on emissions. Everyone can benefit from that.”

Local Cat Checks Mailbox Every Day for Christmas Cards
It’s getting to be that time of year again, and a local cat named Sandy has been checking her mailbox every day for holiday cards from friends.
“Sandy loves Christmas, but he favorite part is the cards,” said Josie Tan, a source close to the situation. "She likes to gather them all up and string them along the outside of her litter box. It’s adorable… and also kind of gross.“
Sandy has yet to receive a card this year, but she’s hopeful that this will be the week she gets her first of the season.

Kitten Hired by GeekSquad for Holiday Rush
Tina the cat just became the most adorable new member of Geek Squad, the nationwide provider of computer and electronic tech support.
“We tend to staff up in advance of the holiday season,” said Geek Squad regional HR director Ernie Billups. "Electronics are very popular as gifts, and we see an influx of new support calls after December 25.“
Unfortunately for Billups, Tina is not very tech savvy. She wouldn’t know a computer mouse from a, well, regular mouse, and until recently, she thought a MacBook was a sophisticated heating pad on which to take naps. She can barely even type 30 words per minute.
"That I did not know,” said Billups.
