Dog Cited for Wasting Water, Doesn’t Care
A local dog was given a citation for using more than his allotted amount of water. In a blatant show of disregard for city rules and the environment, the pup has vowed to keep sticking his head under the faucet.

Sarcastic Pup “Thrilled” About New Snow Boots
Baxter Napoleon, age three (pictured above), was “really thrilled” upon receiving his first pair of winter snow boots. He “couldn’t wait” to try them on, and will “totally wear them” at every chance he gets.
