Cat Loses Job as Valet Parking Attendant
Mustard the cat, seen above just before he was fired, was let go from Vino’s Ristorante where he had been working as a valet parking attendant for the past two months.
According to co-workers, Mustard was a great cat, but wasn’t the best worker.
“He’d show up to work late, get customer’s cars all furry, nap on the job and he’d never wear his tuxedo,” said Megan Patel, a server at the restaurant.
It was that last point that did Mustard in, said another coworker, Michael Grant.
“I saw Mustard getting chewed out by his manager for not wearing his tux a few minutes before they fired him,” said Grant. “I’m sure that was it.”

Cat Gets 0% Financing on Box
When Horace the cat went to the box dealership yesterday, he had no intention of buying anything. He was simply browsing, maybe taking one for a test sit.
But then a shrewd salesman made the cat an offer he couldn’t refuse: 0% financing and an extremely low down payment on a brand new, 2014 box.
“I knew once I said those magic words – zero percent – I had him,” said Taran McCall, the salesman.
McCall said he counted on the well-known fact that cats are generally very wealthy, and often have plenty of disposable income.
“Even though this was a premium box with a hefty price tag,” explained McCall,“ 0% is like free money. Cats can’t resist it.”

Kitten Is Pretty Sure He Was Adopted
Tofu the cat is starting to think that maybe he was adopted. He didn’t think about it much for the first couple months of his life, but recently, he’s begun to notice a few things that indicate he may not be living with his birth family.
“Well, the main thing is there are no other cats around,” said Preston Thayer, a friend. “He lives with two humans and a Pekinese named Tuna. If he wasn’t adopted, where are the other felines?”
Tofu plans to confront his family about the situation later this week.

Supercat Saves City Again
Another day, another heroic deed for the city’s latest anonymous super hero. Supercat struck again last night, saving a family from a burning building.
Though no news organization has yet been able to uncover the true identity of the courageous cat, he did offer The Fluffington Post this exclusive comment before flying away last night:
“Meow, mrow meow, meow!”
Thank you, Supercat, for all your hard work. You make the city a safer place to raise a family.
