Cat Finds Tiny Snowman ‘Creepy’

Tabitha the cat was unnerved to find a very tiny snowman appear outside her window early this morning. According to sources close to the situation, this is the third consecutive morning that such a small snowman has appeared.

“She keeps waking up and finding these little guys on her window sill,” said Miguel Perez, who lives next door to Tabitha. “She knocks them down but then they’re back the next morning. It’s totally creepy.”

Kitten Saves a Bundle Clipping Coupons

A local kitty named Pita is turning into a very savvy consumer. The cat has reportedly become a total pro at coupon clipping, according to friends.

“Pita spends a couple of hours each Sunday cruising the coupon inserts from the newspaper and surfing discount websites to find the best deals,” said Susan Blake, who takes a weekly Zumba class with the kitten. “That cat’s coupon clipping has already saved over a thousand dollars off retail prices this year and it’s only mid-February!”

Kitten Goalie Signed by Real Madrid

Real Madrid, the storied Spanish professional football club, thinks it may have found its future goal keeper: a 4-month-old kitten named Diego.

Current Real Madrid captain and keeper, Iker Casillas, is under contract until 2017, about the time Diego is expected to be ready for professional play.

“This is a really good signing for the club,” said ESPN Deportes soccer writer Tobias Melendéz. “Diego is a special talent and he was being recruited by a number of UEFA teams.”

Cat Spends Afternoon at Outdoor Day Spa

When a new day spa opened in the backyard, Everett the cat knew he had to check it out.

“He really likes to pamper himself,” said Bob Pilkington, a close friend. “He spends his days napping in the sun spot in the dining room, so when the weekend rolls around, Everett usually treats himself to some ‘me time.’”

The cat visited the spa yesterday and was reportedly very pleased with the offered services.
