“She is a fan of sushi master Jiro Ono,” says Stephanie O’Hara, a source close to the situation. The film Jiro Dreams of Sushi confirms he and Izzy share the same penchant for Tuna.
.0001% Chance Squirrel Could Be Republican Nominee, Say Analysts
Though the Republican National Convention is already upon us, analysts at the Hastings Institute for Political Science have repeatedly noted that there’s a chance – albeit infinitesimally small – that a squirrel named Conrad could become the party’s nominee in Tampa, FL.
“His name was added to some RNC forms back in June,” says Francis Overmeyer. “It’s highly likely that Romney will be the party’s nominee, but we suspect there’s a .0001% chance that Conrad the squirrel could cause an upset.”
While this outcome would certainly complicate Republican strategy for the November election, Conrad does poll slightly higher than Romney in the crucial swing state of Ohio.

Cat Has ‘Too Much Fun’
The New York Times is reporting that a local cat has been accused of having “too much fun,” after getting into all sorts of mischief around the house. According to an exclusive report in the paper, Maxwell was caught early Tuesday morning unspooling a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
“He was having a blast,” an anonymous source at the police department told The Times. "Too much fun, if you ask me.“
Maxwell faces a mandatory visit to the time out corner and a disciplinary hearing later this week.

Canine Daredevil Successfully Jumps Minibike Over Traffic Cone
Tony “SuperWoof” Barksdale, the popular doggy daredevil, successfully jumped a traffic cone on his minibike last night in a nationally televised event. According to experts, most people would be impressed with a dog that could simply ride a minibike, the fact that Barksdale also performs stunts puts him in a class by himself.
The pup plans a more daring jump, in which the cone will be set on fire, sometime in October.
