Dog Continues Vigilance Ahead of Pizza Delivery

According to reports, a dog named George has refused to leave his window post after getting word that a delivery of delicious, hot pizza is on its way. Ordered by his owners, the pizza was said to be at the front door no less than 30 minutes after the order was placed. However, as George knows all too well, restrictions can sometimes apply.

“He’s really nervous, as you can imagine,” says Chris Langerman, a source close to the situation. “It’s only been 20 minutes, but he’s still skeptical. He just wants that pizza to get here.”

When asked if the pizza was for the dog, Langerman was succinct.

“No,” he says. “Dogs don’t eat pizza. I’m sure they’d love to, though.”

Cat Springs for 52" TV

With the return of Sunday Night Football fast approaching, local kitty Sergeant Snuzzlekins was in the market for a new TV.

“Last year we watched all the games on a 15” black and white set we got at a garage sale,“ said roommate Ben Thompson.  "It got the job done, but our friends never wanted to come over.  So this year, Snuzzy and I decided to go all out.”

According to Thompson, he and Snuzzlekins went to Best Buy over the weekend and after debating for a few minutes, decided to spring for a 52" Samsung LCD model that was on sale.  They’re looking forward to breaking it in this Sunday when the Broncos take on the Steelers. 

And yes, all their friends are coming over.

Yoga Popularity Growing Among Bunnies

According to a new study from Boston University, yoga is increasingly popular among young bunnies.  The study looked at membership trends at 15 Boston-area yoga studios over the course of the past five year and found a steady increase in bunnies at all but one of the participants (and that studio saw decreases in membership across the board).

“While this trend could be localized, based on other anecdotal evidence, we’re confidence in concluding that interest in yoga is on the rise among bunnies across the nation,” said the study’s lead author, Amanda Stickman.  

Stickman also noted that the majority of new rabbit members at yoga studios in the study were under the age of two.
