Cat Has Unfortunate ‘Snacksident’
By Scott Friedstein, FluffPo Correspondent
An area cat is said to be doing well this morning after suffering a freak snack-related mishap late last night. According to reports, Tucker was found at around 2 AM with his head hopelessly wedged inside a Fritos bag. Authorities tell The Fluffington Post that were it not for the quick action of paramedics, the cat’s head would definitely still be in the bag.
“That cat is probably thanking his lucky stars right now,” says officer Mike Hanley. “We’re still not sure how it happened, but at the moment it appears the cat was simply hungry. As for why he decided on corn chips, we’re honestly not sure. Besides, everyone knows corn chips aren’t for kitties. Corn chips are people food."

Replays Show Squirrel Was Safe at Home
After reviewing tape from last night’s Forest World Series game between the Central Park Squirrels and the Yellowstone Chipmunks, star Squirrels third basemen Steve Fluffson appeared to actually be safe.
The squirrel was called out sliding into home plate in the fifth inning, a controversial call that got both managers out of their respective dugouts and would have given the Squirrels the lead at the time. The Chipmunks eventually won the game.
The two teams will meet for a game five tomorrow night in New York.

Bunny Olympics Kick Off in Vancouver
The 44th Bunny Olympics are now underway in Vancouver, Canada, where the world’s best rabbit athletes will compete for gold in events like the longhop, hop and field, and curling.
“Sure, it’s not as big as the Hamster Olympics,” event organizer Telly Seigrum tells The Fluffington Post. “But our audience is growing. These rabbits are an inspiration for young bunnies around the world, and we want them to know they can do anything they put their minds to.”
