Criminal Cat Nabbed for Carjacking
Howard Monette, III (better known by his street name “Skittles”) was apprehended by police and charged with carjacking after he climbed into a parked vehicle and attempted to hot wire it.
“I was across the street, and I could see the cat climbing in the passenger-side window,” witness Kelly Crose tells The Fluffington Post. “I immediately called the cops. They got him.”

Kitties Exhausted After Strenuous Workout
A new kitty workout craze called “Meowrengue" is sweeping the nation and it is leaving cats everywhere tired, but in the best shape of their lives. The new fitness regimen combines elements of scratching, toy chasing, Tae Bo and Zumba.
"These are extremely up-tempo workouts that most cats aren’t used to,” said instructor Lizzy Anders. "But kitties generally find that they love it once their bodies get acclimated to the moves. They may be completely worn out after an hour of Meowrengue, but we have a kitty obesity epidemic in this country and more cats need to get active. This is a positive step toward creating a generation of healthier cats.“

Dog Scores Winning Run in Youth League Softball Championships
In the bottom of the 9th inning, Greta M. Dawg (pictured) slid into home plate after tagging up on a deep fly ball, winning the championship game for the Manhattan Rovers, a New York youth softball team.
“I can’t believe she made it,” says coach Tommy Kreig, the team’s coach. “It was a really close play at the plate.”
The final score was 5-4, with the team edging out their rivals the Brooklyn Terriers.
