Cat Claims Scented Candles Aren’t Hiding Smells
Friends became suspicious when scented candles started appearing up all over Rufus the cat’s apartment.
“It seemed to me he was covering up some bad odors, maybe some cooking or a mold problem,” says Fred Steinbach, a source close to the situation. “He claims he just likes Bath & Body Works. But I know something’s up.”

Kitty Lost After Wrong Turn in Kitchen
A kitten named Winston got turned around early Wednesday when he incorrectly made a left turn where the kitchen meets the den.
“If you head down that hallway, it can get really tricky,” says Anna Coleman, an area resident. “You’ve got to backtrack, but that’s a one-way. So you have to go all the way around. If you don’t know the neighborhood, it’s easy to get lost.”
Fortunately, Winston stopped at the bathroom to ask for directions.

Bunny Opens Mattress Testing Facility
A local bunny named Thor has opened what furniture industry analysts have called “a revelation in quality control.”
It’s a mattress testing facility, and the premise is simple – hop on new mattresses until they reach their breaking point. The data collected will be used to improve manufacturing processes and weed out inferior products.
“The quality of our stock has gone up ten-fold since we started contracting to Thor’s company,” says Gary Fielding of Gary’s Discount Mattresses and Rugs. “I know our customers will be pleased."
