Cat Spends Afternoon at Outdoor Day Spa
When a new day spa opened in the backyard, Everett the cat knew he had to check it out.
“He really likes to pamper himself,” said Bob Pilkington, a close friend. “He spends his days napping in the sun spot in the dining room, so when the weekend rolls around, Everett usually treats himself to some ‘me time.’”
The cat visited the spa yesterday and was reportedly very pleased with the offered services.

Dog Collects Designer Shopping Bags
Margo, a French Bulldog from Chicago, IL, has a very expensive hobby: she collects shopping bags from designer clothing labels.
“She never actually keeps the clothes – she just buys enough to get a bag that she can sit in,” said Chloe Sparks, a source close to the situation. “Last week she bought $3,500 worth of Marc Jacobs pants. She’s a dog. She doesn’t wear pants.”
According to Sparks, the label-happy dog donates the clothes to charity.

Little Bird Wows Judges on ‘Australia’s Got Talent’
Pips, a Willie Wagtrail from Sydney, Australia, blew away judges during a recent taping of Australia’s Got Talent. The bird sang “Di Quella Pira” from Verdi’s Il Trovatore.
“That’s a very difficult aria to sing,” said opera critic Miles Bernwhistle. “It’s also a tenor – most birds of his size are more in the countertenor range, so it was surprising to hear it come booming out of him.”

Dog Will Only Watch Movies Starring Dogs
Cali, a pug from Greenpoint in Brooklyn, refuses to watch any movie that doesn’t star a dog.
Air Bud? Awesome. Homeward Bound? Yes. All Dogs Go to Heaven? Of course. Lady and the Tramp? You betcha. Old Yeller, Marley & Me, Benji, even Cujo are all in his Netflix queue.
But try to rent Pulp Fiction or Inception and he’ll flip out.
“I tried to bring home The Artist recently, thinking that because it had a dog in it that would be okay,” said roommate Terrence O’Donnell, “but Cali wouldn’t have any of it. It has to star a dog, or it’s a no go.”
