Friendly Dog Invades Personal Space at Local Watering Hole
Dignan (pictured above) likes to go where everybody knows his name – chiefly, a bar called Rojo in Birmingham, AL, says Kelly Marshall. But patrons there know Dignan for all the wrong reasons.
The touchy-feely pooch has been known to “climb up in your lap without hesitation” and “let out a deep burp right in your face,” according to Marshall, who has witnessed these incidents on numerous occasions. Neither Dignan nor his lawyer could not be reached for comment about the allegations.
