Dog Has First Driving Lesson
by Scott Friedstein, FluffPo Correspondent
Ripley is what you’d call an “intelligent” dog.
"He started learning things very quickly," says Ryan Moore, Ripley’s owner. "Even as a puppy, you could tell he was smarter than most dogs. It only made sense to teach him how to drive."
Though the pup’s size presented some practical challenges, he at least managed to cover the steering portion during his inaugural driving lesson last weekend.
"He was a bit jerky around the turns, but it wasn’t any worse than you’d expect from a dog," says Moore. "Next week we’re going to try parallel parking."
