Fashion Bunny Draws Ire Over Tube Hat
In a bold style move, a Wyoming bunny named Blue attended a gala event wearing one of his own designs — a cardboard tube hat that cinched his ears together. No sooner did he enter the room then the attendees whipped out their camera phones and started snapping.
“People were, quite frankly, agog,” says Laney Chipwater, who writes a fashion column for the Wyoming Tribune Eagle. “This was a formal event — black tie and gowns. To walk in with a toilet paper tube on your ears is in poor taste.”
But supporters of the fashion-forward bunny, who is noted for his avant-garde style and envelope-pushing designs, say he was within his right to express himself.
“I think it’s a commentary on the elitist fashion world in which we live,” says Walter Cain, who also attended the event. “It’s an artistic statement. I think we need more bunny designers like Blue to push back on our comfort zones.”

Kitty Regrets Spending Life Savings on Promoted Tweets
Though they are definitely part of the 1%, cats have never been known as great money managers.  They tend to come from old money, and they’re terrible at spending it wisely.
With the advent of the Internet, there are more ways than ever for cats to blow their fortunes.
It should be no surprise, then, that a cat named Aisha spent her entire life savings on promoted tweets.
“What really boggles my mind,” said Joe Ramirez, a financial manager who attempted to dissuade the kitty from spending her money on the tweets, “is that she wasn’t even promoting anything that would make her more money. It was just jokes and memes.”
Aisha has moved back in with her mom. She did not wish to comment for this piece, except to convey that she regrets spending so much money on Twitter marketing.

Cat Gets First Collar, Job, Own Apartment
Maisy has been an indoor cat for most of her life, but after turning five last week, she was informed that everything was about to change.  It’s time for Maisy to head outdoors.
“Our little girl is growing up!” gushed Melinda Williamson, who raised Maisy since she was a kitten. “She’s got her first collar, she’s going out on job interviews, and soon she’ll be moving out.”
While Maisy was a little scared at first to leave home, she’s warmed to the idea.
“She’s five now, so it’s really time to cut the apron strings,” said close friend Amy Carrothers, 18, who will be heading off to college next fall. “Unfortunately, she didn’t have the grades to get into the same school as me, like we’d planned. But she’ll get a job, find a place. We’ll still see each other.”
According to Carrothers, Maisy is excited at the idea of being on her own and making all her own choices.
“If she wants to stay up all night eating cookie dough, she totally can now,” she said. “If she wants to sit around and nap in the sun all day, she can do that too. The world is her oyster.”

Diner Messes Up Puppy’s Order
Eugenia the bulldog is very particular about her breakfast. That’s why when Mama’s Diner screwed up her order, she had no problems marching up to the counter to tell them what was wrong.
“She’s a creature of habit,” explained Toby Carson, who dines with the dog every Thursday morning. “She always has two bagels and one waffle. Always. So she wasn’t happy when the server brought her two waffles and one bagel.”
Though the mishap threw off Eugenia’s entire morning, it was quickly resolved. The Fluffington Post is told that the pup still plans to regularly patronize the diner.

Bunny Eats Carrots Strangely
Authorities are baffled by Hollis, a rabbit with an odd habit. Hollis only eats the middles of carrots.
“We’ve taken him to see psychiatrists, nutritionists, sociologists, paranormal investigators — no one knows why he’s doing it,” said Sam Whitlock, a friend of the bunny. “It’s like he’s trying to tell us something, but what?”
According to Whitlock, they tried switching Hollis to parsnips last week to see if the message changed, but he did the same thing: only ate the middles.
They’re going to try celery next.
