Angry Cat Sent to Behavior Modification Program Vinny is an angry cat.  After flipping out on a roll of toilet paper late last month, a judge sentenced him to 3 months probation and a mandatory anger management program.   According to program director, Dr. Alan Weinkrantz, Vinny is starting to learn how to control his anger and “put on a happy face.” Via chloestrats.
