Pup Becomes First in Her Family to Graduate College Tully, a French bulldog, reached a milestone achievement on Friday as she became the first dog in her family to receive a college diploma. The pooch walked the aisle during a special graduation ceremony for the puppy college class of fall 2012 at Lower Columbia College in Longview, WA.
