When Reggie the cat needed new sunglasses, he could have gotten some standard aviators or wayfarers. Instead, he went a little avant garde.

“Maybe in high fashion circles, those wacky yellow frames are hip,” says Carrie Newman, a personal friend. “But let’s see him walk into the dry cleaner or CVS wearing them. They’d laugh him out of the room.”
