Hedgehog’s Preparations for 2016 Olympics Begin Now
Ollie the Hedgehog may not have won any medals at the 2012 London Olympics, but that hasn’t discouraged him from chasing his dream. The current American record-holder for fastest time by a hedgehog in the 200m butterfly has his sights set on the 2016 Summer Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
According to friends, Ollie spends five hours in the pool each day, and another two in the weight room.
“He’s committed,” said personal trainer Janice Perkins. ”I’m sure Ollie will make the team for 2016. Michael Phelps is lucky he decided to retire… Ollie was coming for him.”
