Beagle Faces Charges of Vandalism, Littering A 12-year-old Beagle named Duke was arraigned in U.S. District Court today. A 12-year-old Beagle named Duke was arraigned in U.S. District Court today. He faces charges of criminal vandalism and defacing private property after he was picked up by authorities for allegedly tearing the garbage to shreds.

He pleaded “woof” to all counts, was released on bond, and is expected to stand trial in early September.
