REPORT: Bulldog Can’t Find a Single Thing to Wear
Der Spiegel is reporting that Otto, a French bulldog from Rostock, Germany, cannot decide on an outfit this morning.
“He has gone through every drawer, but hates everything he owns,” reads the report. “Sources say some retail therapy may be in order.”
